Short lessons. Big vibes. Robotics for everybody.

Robotics can feel intimidating—full of jargon, equations, and expensive labs that seem far removed from everyday life. Today, we are intentionally disrupting that narrative. Enter Noire, my AI avatar robotics engineering professor, designed to make robotics approachable, relevant, and unapologetically for the people.

Who Is Noire?
Noire is your AI avatar robotics engineering professor with culture, clarity, and a mission.
Noire is a virtual extension of my work as a robotics educator, author, and NoireSTEMinist®. She is an AI-powered robotics engineering professor who delivers short, engaging snippets and vignettes that break down robotics concepts into digestible, bite-sized chunks for the general novice population. No prerequisites. No gatekeeping. Just robotics—explained clearly, creatively, and culturally.
Think of Noire as the professor you wish you had: the one who explains obstacle avoidance in seven seconds, compares algorithms to everyday movement, and makes sensors feel less like magic and more like common sense. She teaches robotics the same way we learn life—through stories, rhythm, visuals, and real-world connections.

Robotics for the Streets
Because robotics doesn’t belong behind locked lab doors.
Noire exists because robotics should not be confined to classrooms, labs, or textbooks. This work is rooted in my mission:
Bringing robotics to the streets, changing the face of STEM, one robot at a time.
Through Noire, robotics shows up where people already are—on social media, in short-form video, in storytelling, and in art-driven education. These micro-lessons lower the barrier to entry and invite curiosity instead of intimidation.

ART + STEM = STEAM (and Access)
This is where the magic happens.
Noire is one example of how I intentionally use ART in STEM to expand who feels welcome. At NoireSTEMinist®, creativity is not an add-on—it is a strategy.

This work lives alongside:
Robot hip-hop slam poetry that blends rhythm, robotics, and resistance
Children’s books that center Black joy, imagination, and engineering
Romance novels that humanize STEM professionals and expand representation
Each medium reaches a different audience, but the goal is the same: more people seeing themselves in STEM and realizing they belong. Representation isn’t a bonus feature—it’s the foundation.

Why Bite-Sized Matters
Because nobody asked for a 90‑minute lecture on TikTok.
Not everyone wants—or needs—a full lecture. Sometimes what sparks interest is a seven-second explanation, a quick visual, or a relatable analogy. Noire’s vignettes are designed to:
Demystify robotics concepts
Build confidence for beginners
Encourage exploration without pressure
Make learning feel fun, familiar, and doable
Small moments of understanding compound into bigger possibilities.

The Bigger Vision

Noire is proof that STEM can be brilliant and bold.
Noire is not replacing educators—she is amplifying access. She represents what happens when technology, culture, and purpose intersect. This is STEM education that reflects the world we actually live in and the communities we aim to serve.
Robotics is not just for the privileged few. It is for the streets. It is for storytellers. It is for artists. It is for dreamers.

New Here? Welcome to NoireSTEMinist® Educational Consulting
NoireSTEMinist® is an educational movement, a creative practice, and a love letter to communities historically excluded from STEM. We blend robotics, culture, storytelling, and art to:
Change who STEM is for
Change how STEM is taught
Change who gets to be seen as an expert
Around here, robots coexist with poetry, equations share space with imagination, and learning feels human.
